As we ship our beautiful prints all over the world, and depending on where you live, delivery times may vary as it may take one week or up to 4-6 weeks. The courier fee of your purchase will be based on the weight, size and volumetric proportions of your order, as well as your delivery location.
We will not be able to delivery to any PO Box addresses, and require a physical address.
All our prints are carefully packaged and couriered through our preferred service providers, however sometimes mistakes can happen. Should you receive a damaged item, or are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days. We will gladly replace your order, but please note that you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All returns need to be made within 5 workings days. Should 5 working days have lapsed since your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to refund or exchange your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it in and have no additional damage. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through the payment gateway which you used to purchase the product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you have read and understood our payment gateways terms, policies and procedures.
